Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, and any complimentary items received with the order.

  • Show no signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by KANI DORR or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
